Forthcoming Disruption on Public Transport

During the coronavirus outbreak do not use public transport unless your journey is essential. If you do travel you must wear a face mask.

Due to the Covid-19 virus, the following service changes will be in place until further notice:

  • Waterloo & City line service,
  • No Night Tube or Night Overground service,
  • A reduced service is operating on all London Underground, London Overground, DLR, TfL Rail and London Trams.
  • Some stations will be closed. 

TfL says this information changes frequently. Check before you travel.

The track closure programme is changing regularly because of the restriction of work sites due to Covid-19, therefore check regularly for the latest information.

Saturday 6 and Sunday 7 March

The lines in the Hounslow area will be closed all day Saturday and Sunday for maintenance work.

Saturday

London Waterloo to Weybridge services will be diverted between Barnes and Feltham. These services will call additionally at Mortlake, North Sheen, Richmond, St Margarets, Twickenham and Whitton.
Buses will run between Barnes and Feltham via Hounslow.
London Waterloo to London Waterloo services via Hounslow will not run.
Buses will run between Barnes and Twickenham via Hounslow.

Sunday

London Waterloo to Woking via Hounslow services will be diverted between Barnes and Feltham. These services will call additionally at Mortlake, North Sheen, Richmond, St Margarets, Twickenham and Whitton.
Buses will run between Barnes and Feltham via Hounslow. Buses will also run between Barnes and Twickenham via Hounslow.
The afternoon and evening services between London Waterloo and Kingston via Hounslow will not run.

Saturday 6 and Sunday 7 March

No service between Clapham Junction and Willesden Junction.

Circle line engineering works

Saturday 6 March, until 1045, no service on the whole line.

Saturday 6, from 1045, and all day Sunday 7 March, no service between Euston Square and Monument

Hammersmith and City Line

Saturday 6 March

Until 0630, no service on the whole line.

TFL RAIL

Sunday 7 March

No service between Paddington and Ealing Broadway. Please use London Underground connections.

Hammersmith and City Line

Saturday 13 and Sunday 14 March

Until 0630, no service on the whole line.

Circle line engineering works

Saturday 20 and Sunday 21 March

No service between Hammersmith / High Street Kensington and Baker Street. A special Circle line service operates with trains between High Street Kensington and Baker Street (via Victoria) and between High Street Kensington and Barking (via Victoria)

District line

Saturday 20 and Sunday 21 March

No service between High Street Kensington and Edgware Road.

Saturday 20 March, until 0800 and from 2100, and Sunday 21 March, until 0900 and from 2100, no service between Earls Court and Kensington Olympia.

Hammersmith and City Line

Saturday 20 and Sunday 21 March

No service between Hammersmith and Baker Street. A special Circle line service operates with trains between High Street Kensington and Baker Street (via Victoria) and between High Street Kensington and Barking (via Victoria)



Saturday 20 and Sunday 21 March

No Southern services between Shepherd's Bush and Watford Junction from 20:00 on Saturday 20 until 12:00 on Sunday 21 March

Hammersmith and City Line

Saturday 27 and Sunday 28 March

No service on the whole line.

piccadilly line

No planned engineering works
