Tube and train services affected by engineering works
If you are planning to travel over the weekend, the following lines are affected by engineering works.
Saturday 28 November
No service between High Street Kensington and Edgware Road, and between Earl's Court and Kensington Olympia. A replacement bus service operates between Earl's Court and Kensington Olympia, between 0800 and 1900.
Sunday 29 November
No service between High Street Kensington and Edgware Road, and between Turnham Green and Richmond. A replacement bus service operates between Turnham Green and Richmond.
Sunday 29 November
No service between Richmond and Willesden Junction due to Network Rail track works. The District line does not operate between Richmond and Turnham Green. Replacement buses operate between Richmond and Willesden Junction calling at Kew Gardens, Gunnersbury, South Acton and Acton Central.
Sunday 29 November
No trains in the Twickenham area
Engineering work is taking place in the Twickenham area closing all lines. There will be no train service between Richmond and Feltham or between Richmond and Teddington.
Trains between London Waterloo and Reading will be diverted, calling at Hounslow instead of Richmond and Twickenham.
Trains between London Waterloo and Windsor & Eton Riverside will be diverted, calling at Hounslow instead of Richmond and Twickenham. Some trains will make extra stops to cover for other altered services. Bus services will run between Barnes and Hounslow via Richmond and Twickenham to connect with the train services.
“Kingston Loop” services will be altered to run between London Waterloo and Shepperton via Wimbledon. Bus services will run between Teddington and Twickenham to connect with these trains.
Services between London Waterloo and Woking via Brentford and Staines will run as normal.
Saturday 5 and Sunday 6 December
No service between Edgware Road and Hammersmith.
Sunday 6 December
Amended South West Trains services through Wimbledon until 14:00
Engineering work is taking place in the Berrylands area with some lines closed.
Passengers from London Waterloo travelling to Wimbledon and Surbiton should change at Clapham Junction. Passengers travelling from Basingstoke to Wimbledon and Surbiton should change at Woking.
Some trains between London Waterloo and Exeter St Davids will depart London Waterloo earlier than the normal timetable and run via Chertsey. Some trains will start at Basingstoke.
Trains between London Waterloo and Strawberry Hill via Wimbledon will not run.
Trains between London Waterloo and Shepperton will be diverted via Richmond.
Passengers travelling to and from Berrylands should use London Buses on route K2.
Buses will replace trains on the following routes:
Clapham Junction and Wimbledon / Raynes Park / Surbiton / Twickenham via Wimbledon
Saturday 26 until Wednesday 30 December
No service between Hammersmith and Tower Hill (via King's Cross St.Pancras). A special Circle line service operates between Edgware Road and Barking (via Victoria)
Saturday 26 until Wednesday 30 December
No service between Hammersmith and Barking.
