Local train and tube services affected by engineering works

If you are planning to travel over the Christmas holidays, the following lines are affected by engineering works.

Thursday 25 December

No service on London Underground or London Overground

Friday 26 - Tuesday 30 December

No service between Embankment/Edgware Road and Wimbledon / Richmond/ Ealing Common / Kensington Olympia.

This is to allow for track and drainage replacement work at Earl's Court and station improvement work at Victoria.

Piccadilly line trains towards Heathrow and Uxbridge will call additionally at Ravenscourt Park, Stamford Brook, Turnham Green and Chiswick Park. Trains starting and terminating at Northfields additionally stop at Turnham Green. A shuttle train service operates between Ealing Common and Ealing Broadway.

Three rail replacement bus services will operate:

Service A: Wimbledon – Wimbledon Park – Southfields – East Putney – Putney Bridge – Hammersmith

Service B: Wimbledon – Putney Bridge – Parsons Green – Fulham Broadway – West Brompton – Earl’s Court

Service C: Richmond – Kew Gardens – Gunnersbury – Chiswick Park – Turnham Green

Friday 26 - Tuesday 30 December

The Circle line will be suspended between Edgware Road and Aldgate, via Victoria

Saturday 27 December

Until 0815 , no service between Clapham Junction and Kensington (Olympia) due to Earl's Court redevelopment works. Valid tickets will be accepted on local London Buses services via any reasonable route.

Saturday 27 and Sunday 28 December

No service between Surrey Quays and Clapham Junction / West Croydon / Crystal Palace due to Network Rail Thameslink and station works. Replacement buses operate

Saturday 3 and Sunday 4 January 2015

No service between Marble Arch and Holborn while we carry out station improvement work at Tottenham Court Road Tube station.

Saturday 3 January 2015

No service between Clapham Junction and Kensington (Olympia) due to Earl's Court development works. In addition, Southern services do not operate between Clapham Junction and Milton Keynes Central. Valid tickets will be accepted on local London Buses services via any reasonable route.

Saturday 3 and Sunday 4 January 2015

Amended service to and from London Waterloo via Wimbledon.

Some lines between London Waterloo and Clapham Junction and all South West Trains lines in the Wimbledon area will be closed on Saturday and Sunday for the work to take place. No trains will run between Clapham Junction and Surbiton, or between Clapham Junction and Kingston via Wimbledon.
