Disruption On Tube and Rail Network


Works will affect services on Saturday 27th and Sunday 28th March

London Underground

The District line will be suspended all weekend between Earl’s Court and Edgware Road.

The Hammersmith & City line will be suspended all weekend between Baker Street and Hammersmith for track replacement work. A rail replacement bus service will operate for local journeys:

Service A: Between Baker Street and Hammersmith calling at Edgware Road Paddington, Royal Oak, Westbourne Park, Ladbroke Grove, Latimer Road, Shepherd’s Bush (Central line) and Shepherd’s Bush Green.

Passengers travelling between Hammersmith and Baker Street and between Edgware Road and Earl’s Court/Gloucester Road are advised to use local bus services and alternative Underground routes.

Southfields station on the District line will be closed all weekend, for improvement works. Passengers are advised to use the replacement bus service to East Putney.

The Circle line will be completely suspended all weekend.

The Piccadilly line has no planned work this weekend.

London Overground

Clapham Junction – Willesden Junction
London Overground services will be suspended between Shepherd’s Bush and Willesden Junction on Sunday. Valid Overground tickets will be accepted on local bus routes, 220 between Shepherd's Bush Green and Willesden Junction and bus route 228 between Shepherd's Bush station and Willesden Junction.

Richmond - Gospel Oak

London Overground services will be suspended between Richmond and Gunnersbury on Sunday. Passengers should use the District line.

London Overground services will be suspended between Gunnersbury and Gospel Oak on Sunday. Replacement buses will operate, calling at Gunnersbury – Acton Central (for South Acton) – Willesden Junction – Kensal Rise – Brondesbury Park – Brondesbury – West Hampstead – Finchley Road & Frognal – Hampstead Heath – Gospel Oak.
