Celebrate the festive season with Maggie’s West London at its annual Carols by Candlelight.
On Monday 9 December at 7pm, an evening filled with Christmas carols, spirit of community, and festive cheer is promised – all while raising vital funds to support those affected by cancer.
In the beautiful setting of All Saints Church near Putney Bridge, a selection of classic carols will be performed by the Fulham Belles - with guest readings from Clare Balding and Janet Ellis.
The evening will include a special festive raffle, offering you a chance to win some wonderful prizes, including a private London Eye pod experience worth £850.
Maggie’s West London invites supporters, local residents, and centre visitors to come along to this festive celebration. You can sing your heart out, and help raise funds to support those facing the challenges of cancer during the holiday season and beyond.
Guests will be treated to mulled wine and mince pies. Every ticket purchased helps Maggie's continue to provide essential services to those in need.
Tickets cost £25 for adults, £5 for children or £50 for a family of four.
Maggie’s, next to Charing Cross Hospital, is open to anyone affected by cancer, with no need to book in advance - simply drop in between 9am and 5pm on any weekday. Find out more about the centre’s work and how to get involved on its web site.

Articles such as the one above are integral to what we do. We aim to feature as much as possible on local societies, charities based in the area, fundraising efforts by residents, community-based initiatives and even helping people find missing pets. We've always done that and won't be changing, in fact we'd like to do more. However, the readership that these stories generates is often below that needed to cover the cost of producing them. Our financial resources are limited and the local media environment is intensely competitive so there is a constraint on what we can do. One-off donations are also appreciated. Choose The Amount You Wish To Contribute. For businesses we offer the chance to be a corporate sponsor of community content on the site. For £30 plus VAT per month you will be the designated sponsor of at least one article a month with your logo appearing if supplied.
