2013 sees Oxford win every race

A culmination of success for Oxford on the river this afternoon as Isis won the reserve race, (the lightweights & women's crews having won last weekend at Dorney lake) and then Oxford powered their way to win the 159th Boat Race by a length & a half.

Cambridge fought to the finish with a brave display, and the University still lead the head-to-head battle 81-77, but that is no consolation to the defeated crew who saw their rivals cross the finish line in 17 minutes 27 seconds.

In 2015 the Women's race will relocate to start at Putney competing on the same course as the men.
