Terms and Conditions for Advertising

All rates quoted are subject to VAT at the current rate.

Unless agreed otherwise payment should be made in advance of the advertising commencing.

Neighbour Net reserves the right to refuse publication of any advertisement without notice or explanation.

Guarantee of inclusion cannot be given and Neighbour Net shall not be liable for any loss or damage caused by any inaccuracy in the reproduction of an advertisement.

In the event of Neighbour Net being unable to deliver the agreed amount of advertising within the agreed period due to technical problems beyond its control, the length of the advertising package will be extended.

Advertisements will be accepted only on the express condition that the advertiser warrants that the advertisement does not in any way contravene any existing legislation and in particular the Trade Descriptions Act, 1968, and the Consumer Credit Act, 1974.

Advertisements of an adult nature will not be carried. The definition of "adult" is at the discretion of Neighbour Net Ltd.

No money back will be given if the advertiser has not paid in advance.

In the case of late payment, at the discretion of Neighbour Net, advertising may commence but no bonus advertising space will be given and inclusion in the newsletter is not allowed.

The advertiser agrees to indemnify both Neighbour Net Ltd. and any of its franchisees in respect of all costs, damages or other charges falling down upon Neighbour Net Ltd. or any of its franchisees as the result of legal action or threatened legal action arising from the publication of an advertisement.

Neighbour Net nor any of its franchisees shall not be liable for any damage or loss, save as stated in these Terms, and in particular, Neighbour Net nor any of its franchisees shall have no liability in any circumstances for any claims for damages to, loss of, or opportunities or for any other indirect or consequential loss.
