Day visits are a new option for Summer 2015. They are like a membership but for one day and are strictly limited in number per day, depending on how busy the club is projected to be so we maintain the exclusivity of the Club for our month by month and annual members.

Come and enjoy a day in the “countryside” of East Acton, West London at our prestigious health & sports club. The Club spreads over 27 acres of delightful gardens, sports fields, running track, outdoor exercise systems, children’s play area, sand pit and bouncy pillow and tennis courts. Within the main club building there are exercise studios, spacious gymnasium, outdoor terraces, café, bar and restaurant, MediSpa Health & Beauty, indoor and outdoor pools, saunas, spa and steam room.
