Our changes in response to local feedback

Britel Fund Trustees Limited‘s new proposals for 26-28 Hammersmith Grove will see the redevelopment of an underused site to provide a new 85 bed aparthotel.

The designs follow constructive pre application engagement with the London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham and take into account careful consideration as to how the aparthotel will support Hammersmith’s business
objectives, seek to meet concerns previously raised by local residents and fit in with
the look and feel of the area, whilst limiting impact on the surrounding residences.

We want to hear from you

We will be starting an interactive digital public consultation and launching our
website on the week commencing Monday 23 November. This will be available to
visit and leave comments until Sunday 6th December. The project team will also
be running a webinar on Thursday 3rd December at 6pm, hosted on the
consultation website, which will give you the opportunity to hear more about the
proposals and provide feedback.
