Eighteen 'millionaires' rows' in the W6 post code area
There are eighteen 'millionaires' rows' in Hammersmith according to a new analysis of property sales in the W6 area.
Over the last three years property sales in St. Peter's Square have averaged over three million pounds according to Land Registry data making it the top priced road in the survey. There were an insufficient number of transactions in roads like Upper Mall and Hammersmith Terrace for them to be included.
St. Peter's Square was built mainly in the 1820s and 1830s and features a public garden square in its centre. It is often used as a location for filming including in recent years Miss Potter and I Capture The Castle.
