Chain devised by chef Raymond Blanc launches with special offer at lunchtimes
Brasserie Blanc, the chain serving a classically French menu devised by celebrity chef Raymond Blanc, has opened a restaurant in Hammersmith's Fulham Reach.
To celebrate the arrival of the riverside restaurant with terrace overlooking the river and Hammersmith Bridge, Brasserie Blanc Fulham Reach is treating guests to a special opening offer of
50% off lunch from the À La Carte menu between 19 and 23 June.
The restaurant says this offer is valid on reservations only, which can be made by contacting contact fulhamreach@brasserieblanc.com.
The brasserie says it is celebrating the very best of simple, hearty French dishes inspired by Raymond Blanc’s childhood, the likes of trout gravadlax with Dijon mustard and lemon crème fraiche, featuring alongside duck leg confit with black cherry sauce; and the new chocolate delice with Kirsch. Exceptional French grapes will top the global wine list, including Brasserie Blanc’s own Blanc de Blancs sparkling, whilst an extensive selection of cocktails will be served at the uber-cool oval bar in the centre of the brasserie.
The brasserie is set within a new curved building on the ground floor of Goldhurst House in Fulham Reach, with its own alfresco terrace with views across the river.
