Chain devised by celebrity chef Raymond Blanc launches on riverfront
Brasserie Blanc, the chain serving a classically French menu devised by celebrity chef Raymond Blanc, is to open a restaurant in Hammersmith's Fulham Reach.
The new restaurant is scheduled to open in March in a riverfront site in the development's Goldhurst House.
It joins Fulham Reach's coffee shop Harris+Hoole and Blue Boat Bar & Restaurant and is set to rival Hammersmith's best known restaurant, the River Cafe, a short distance away along the riverfront.

The Brasserie Blanc chain, which has been operation for 20 years is run in partnershop with Raymond Blanc, and he signs off all of the menus alongside running his own Michelin starred hotel and restaurant Le Manoir auc Quat' Saisons in Oxfordshire.
