Her fashion company takes ten year lease at 202 Hammersmith Road

Victoria Beckham is moving into Hammersmith.

She has agreed a deal with Aberdeen Standard Investments to move the headquarters of her fashion brand to 202 Hammersmith Road, according to trade publication Property Week.

The publication says Beckham the deal is for a ten year lease on 15,000 sq ft of office space in the building.

The deal means that 202 Hammersmith Road, which has recently been refurbished, will be entirely let to the luxury fashion label.

The refurbishment, according to the building's website, includes new raised floors, air conditioning and LED lighting plus a new lift, toilets and four new showers. Outside, as well as onsite parking, there is a rack for 24 bikes.

Victoria has been reportedly planning to move her fashion business to West London from offices in Mayfair for some time.

In 2015, she was said to be in negotiations to office and studio space at Garden House, within White City Place - the BBC’s Media Village complex in White City. Last year, however, the plans were shelved.
