A fun-packed day both on and by the river is being organised by the Chiswick Pier Trust on Saturday 21st June. This popular annual event has been running for 7 years and is Hounslow's only river festival event, enjoyed by residents throughout the borough.

The Mayor of Hounslow arrives by river aboard the Harbour Masters' launch at 12.30.
From 2.00-4.00 you can put your wellies on and come along to Chiswick Eyot and do some river dipping and investigate the Thames's archaeology.

Also on the water, back at the Pier, you can try a taster session of canoeing with the Chiswick Pier Canoe Club. Albert and Friends Circus School will keep us entertained from 12.30 - 1.30 whilst a live band sets the mood for the rest of the day.

To keep your energy levels up we have spit roasted lamb and pork.

To keep children happy we have ice creams, hot dogs, a bouncy castle, face painting, games and a children's tombola.

To keep adults happy we have a bar sponsored by Fullers, stalls and a tombola.
