Hammersmith's New Fitness Studio Frame Opens at Kings Mall on 27 January

Part of centre's transformation which will also include new food court

Frame, set on the ground floor and basement of the centre will have four studios, including:

A 12 bed Reformer Pilates studio *heyyy core strength and full body toning*

A bigger-than-ever 27 capacity equipment based fitness studio incorporating Frame faves such as Kettlebells, Boxtrain and Frame Cardio, plus a dose of newness to keep you on your toes.

A 20 capacity Yoga studio covering everything from Basics to Power to Meditation and everything in between.

A 20 Capacity freestyle Fitness, Barre & Dance studio, offering fun classes including Rebounding, Ass & Abs, Dance Cardio, 80’s Aerobics and Music Videos.

Classes will run between 6.30am and 9pm on weekdays, with a slightly later start and earlier finish at the weekends. Classes and workshops will range from 30 minutes to two hours so people can squeeze in a quickie at lunch or invest an afternoon upping their skills.

The Hammersmith studio will offer workshops, courses and masterclasses, including MumHood offering with a range of Pre and Post-Natal classes. There will also be a smootie bar and a retail zone.

The new gym is part of the redevelopment of Kings Mall, which will see a number of new names set to  join the shopping centre. This includes new pop-up eatery called Feast Canteen, from the team behind the hugely popular Pergola on the Roof in Shepherd's Bush will is scheduled to open within the next month.

As part of a project costing over £5 million being undertaken by the mall's owners Schroder UK Real Estate Fund, work at the centre has already seen the removal of a huge concrete staircase and other improvements including refurbishments to the building’s atrium and new lift, stair and floor works.

James Lass, Fund Manager at Schroder UK Real Estate Fund sais in November: "This is the most exciting time in the history of Kings Mall. Between now and the new year, we anticipate making a raft of exciting announcements concerning our newest retailer and leisure outlets which we’re sure will excite the people of Hammersmith and the whole of West London.

"Our plan is to transform Kings Mall into an even more exciting and vibrant shopping experience, and today marks the first step in achieving our ambition."
