Famous Christmas market is bigger than ever before
Ginkgo’s famous Christmas Market is greatly expanded this year, with fine organic and artisan produce, luxurious gifts and gourmet treats - and now including the supremely family-friendly Café Ginkgo.
In and around the grounds and terrace of the Garden Centre, the market stalls will include:
The Cheese Cellar – English cheeses, chutneys and oils.
Franck le Blais – finest French cheees.
The Crazy Baker – artisan breads.
Indigo - children’s clothing and unique gifts.
Ginkgo’s celebrated champagne bar – tasting and buying, bottles and crates.
Beautiful cards and wrapping from Louisa Cookson & Julie Farn.
Café Ginkgo will be part of the Christmas Market with lashings of mulled wine, gourmet mince pies and Christmas cake, and lots of festive family fun.
All the shops at Ginkgo Gardens will be open including the exquisite Zita Elze Flowers and the new Bird – a treasure trove of carefully chosen, beautiful retro items plus new furniture, linen and lamps - this is where to find a Cornish Ware butter dish or a Deco porcelain cake stand.
At the Garden Centre, visitors can choose the finest Christmas trees - Super Grade Nordmann Firs ranging from 5ft to 12ft high - plus Christmas flowers including Hellebores and Cyclamen, and Christmas plants.
The Garden Shop has now expanded with books, containers, design objects and even more Christmas gift ideas for the gardener.
Ginkgo Gardens Christmas Market is open on Saturday December 12 and Sunday December 13.
Opening hours:
Saturday: 9am-6pm (Christmas Market begins midday).
Sunday: 10am-5pm (Christmas Market begins midday).
