Station closed after damage caused by high winds

The roof of Ravenscourt Park tube station collapsed during high winds this Tuesday evening (14 January).
The damage caused by Storm Brendan took place at around 8.50pm with the debris falling across the Piccadilly line tracks.
There have been no reports of anyone being injured at the station.
Smoke and flames were seen coming from within the station and the emergency services were called.
The station was closed and both Piccadilly and District line services were affected but it reopened a few hours later.
