Involved in rescue of man from 6th floor flat in King Street
A firefighter was taken to hospital after being involved in the rescue of a man from the sixth floor of a flat in Hammersmith.
The incident occurred in Ashcroft Square on King Street at around 3.15am on June 11th. The rescued man and the firefighter were both treated for the effects of smoke inhalation. The firefighter was admitted to Charing Cross Hospital but the other person decline hospital treatment.
The four room flat was seriously damaged by the fire.
