Seven arrested after two female officers hurt
Two officers required hospital treatment following a disturbance in Hammersmith Broadway in the early hours of Sunday morning (10th August).
Officers attended Hammersmith Broadway at 0135 after reports of a large disturbance taking place involving about 50 people.
Three people were arrested for public order offences.
At 0205 officers were required to return to the scene when a disturbance again erupted involving many of the same individuals. Another 4 people were arrested. In the course of these arrests two female officers were injured.
Both were taken to a local hospital where they were treated and later released.
One officer received a head injury and suffered concussion, the second has a sprained wrist.
All seven people arrested have since been bailed pending further enquiries.
