Neighbours from hell are evicted

W6 and W12 residents subjected to loud music, drug dealing and abuse

Two ‘neighbours from hell’ have been evicted from their Hammersmith and Shepherd’s Bush homes after playing music too loud and drug dealing.

Tracy Daly has been thrown out of Crane Court in Shepherd’s Bush after playing loud music day and night.

She also hurled homophobic and racial abuse at other residents of Crane Court, Emlyn Gardens, on a daily basis, and on occasion attacked her neighbours.

Hammersmith and Fulham Souncil received 44 complaints of loud music emanating from Daly's property over a three year period.

Warning letters were sent, she was served with two

noise abatement notices and her stereo was seized from her home. Eventually, when taken to court she pleaded guilty to three charges of breaching the abatement notice.

Nicola Ruff, of Aspen Gardens, Hammersmith, has also been forced out of her home after she persistently failed to pay her rent and ran a drug-dealing business from her flat.

Neighbours said they had found bags of needles in stairwells due to drugs being dealt from within Ruff’s home. The police raided the premises earlier this year and found drugs paraphernalia and clear signs of Class A drug use.

Police shared this evidence with Hammersmith and Fulham Council's anti social behaviour unit who then acted to evict her.
