Victim left unconscious and bleeding after attack
A man was left unconscious and bleeding on Parfrey Street, just opposite Charing Cross hospital after a violent attack motivated by robbery.
The incident took place on 2nd November between 2.45am and 3.00am. The victim, a man aged 22 years, was walking along Parfrey Street when he was grabbed from behind around the neck by a man and then two further suspects then struck him in the side of the head rendering him unconscious for approximately 5 minutes.
He woke up to find he was suffering from two large cuts to the temple which were bleeding heavily. Also missing were his Nokia mobile phone, wallet containing credit card and small quantity of cash. He managed to get to his home address and was subsequently taken to the hospital where he received treatment for two cuts to the right temple requiring 8 stitches.
The three, possibly four suspects, were all described as black males aged between 18-25 years. The man who made the initial assault was wearing a dark green hooded top.
