Christmas Comes to Lyric Square on December 6

With a visit from Santa and his reindeer, lights music and 25 foot high tree

 

Christmas celebrations in Hammersmith's Lyric Square will begin on Saturday December 6 with a visit from Santa Claus, bringing his reindeer and snowy festive owl with him.

Children are invited to come along to the square from 12pm- 5pm at the HammersmithLondon Christmas Cabin for a free photo with Santa and his festive animals.

He will then be taking up residence in the square and inviting visits from local children on the following Santa Saturdays, December 13 and 20, surrounded by Hammersmith's seasonal lights and Lyric Square's 25 foot high Christmas tree.

There will also be live festive music from bands and Christmas carollers, who will be performing at lunchtimes, evenings and weekends around the town centre.

Shoppers meanwhile can visit HammersmithLondon's festive cabin in the middle of Lyric Square to take advantage of the free gift wrapping service. All you have to do is show the cabin team a receipt to prove the items were bought in Hammersmith.
