Brook Green Fair Day is Here on Saturday September 19
With dog show and activities for the whole family from noon
The local community will be gathering for Brook Green Fair Day i this Saturday, September 19 from 12 noon till 6pm.
The fair is a community event started by the Friends of Brook Green in 2010. This year Western Lawn will be transformed into a fairground and will offer children and adults a host of activities.
The highly competitive dog show will place during the afternoon and an array of delicious food stalls will be available throughout the day.
This year the helter skelter will be back and the Friends promise that the cake stand will be bigger and better than ever!
Brooke Green Fair Day will also include the announcement of two winners of the Brook Green Community Prize, given to an individual and a group:
The Brook Greener of the year – the person who, in the eyes of the prize sponsor and the Board of the FBG, has made the best contribution to the lives of those of us who live in and around Brook Green.
The Brook Green Group of the year – the group who has made the most impact to the lives and opportunities of people who live, work and study around Brook Green.
The winners will also receive prizes which have been generously sponsored by local agent Finlay Brewer.
