Paintings, Works on Paper and Sculpture Valuation Day

Thursday 16th April | 10am – 4pm

Come and meet our experts, Adrian Biddell, Suzanne Zack and Nick Hemming-Brown. No appointment needed.
Refreshments served.

Our reputation for expertise, research and service brings in sellers and buyers from across the UK and around the world. Our auctions cover paintings, drawings, watercolours, prints and sculpture by Old Masters, 19th century European, Modern British and Contemporary artists.

In February 2026 we sold the Estate of John Russell Taylor, one of the UK's most distinguished cultural critics. The sale was a resounding success, with all lots sold (white glove) achieving over half a million pounds, doubling its pre-sale high estimate at auction.

Our next Fine Paintings, Works on Paper and Sculpture Sale is on the 10th June.  We are also inviting entries for paintings and sculpture relating to London, for our new London Sale on 7th July. We are interested in artists with a strong London connection, whose works span centuries and artistic movements from William Hogarth to Lucien Freud, Walter Sickert to Joe Tilson.
