Miniature flat's price tag has been reduced to £230,000
A tiny studio flat in Harwood Road may have been London's most viewed property - but so far it has had no takers.
According to property website Zoopla, in December it became London's most viewed property, with thousands curious to see what they could buy in the area for a 'modest' £250,000.
However, no one has yet made an offer on the flat, being marketed by Wembley based agency 99home.co.uk and the price has now been reduced to £230,000.
The entire flat, in Harwood Road close to Fulham Broadway, is just 12 feet 9 inches long and nine feet wide - the size of an average bedroom - including shower room and kitchen space, and offering a total of 114 square feet of space.
The agents say: " Flat for sale in prime location, 114 square feet. Completely self-contained studio flat (i.e. own kitchen and bathroom) 4 minutes walk to Fulham Broadway tube station, SW6.
"The flat has a lovely atmosphere and even the communal areas are well-maintained. It is extremely quiet as it is not bordered by neighbours on either side or above. At the back, there is a view of beautiful Eel Brook Common.
"Open plan kitchen with cooking hob, fridge, stainless steel sink, washing machine. Recently re-tiled bathroom with shower, toilet and washbasin and new double-glazed wooden sash window. Neutral décor throughout.
"89 years left on the lease."
It adds that it is a great buy-to-let investment, as it has been let for £980 per calendar month.
