Zoopla says buyers drawn to miniature flat's 'modest' £250,000 price tag

This tiny studio flat in Fulham is London's most viewed property, according to property website Zoopla.

The entire flat, in Harwood Road close to Fulham Broadway, is just 12 feet 9 inches long and nine feet wide, including shower room and kitchen space - offering a total of 114 square feet of space.

Zoopla says the flat, being marketed by Wembley based agency 99home.co.uk has been viewed more than any other home in London by flat hunters drawn to its 'modest' price tag.
