Enjoy wine and cake in Fulham Road restaurant's refurbished garden
Forget the usual three course meal and wine pairings; this unique offering gets to the best bit straight away with three options of patisserie being paired with either a rosé, white or red wine.
With rich and fruity appeal, the Cotes du Rhone makes a decadent partner for the dark chocolate components of Maison Blanc’s signature item of patisserie, the Concerto. The red fruit undertones in this wine complement the light chocolate sponge and luxurious dark chocolate mousse centre.
If you like fresh zingy flavours that tantalize your taste buds, then the Le Campagne Sauvingon Blanc with Maison Blanc’s Tarte au Citron is the pairing for you. With a zesty lemon cream filling and all-butter pastry, the wine is sure to delight with this timeless patisserie.
With a gentle acidity and fruit, this Rose Reserve St. Jacques is paired with Maison Blanc’s most traditional French patisserie piece, the St Michel aux Fruits Rouges. This fresh and fragrant pairing will transport you to the French vineyards on a hot summer’s day.
Already a favourite with locals, the garden at Maison Blanc Fulham has now been extended to allow more diners to enjoy the space. New climbing plants have been installed, brand new decking laid, and a feature seated bench hand crafted to surround the garden’s focal point, a beautiful historic tree.
Inside has also been refreshed with walls re-painted and feature walls donned in new beautiful wall-paper.
New pictures have also been hung and in a bid to support local charity shops, Maison Blanc staff scoured local charity stores for books and ornaments to fill the newly painted shelves in the dining area for a homely feel.
