Bistrot by Shot Opens in Parsons Green Lane
New venture from coffee shop owners offers all day dining
Shot, the company behind the popular independent coffee shop Shot Espresso in Jerdan Place and the Ice&Slice pizza and ice cream cafe across the street, has open a new all day diner on Parsons Green Lane.
Bistro by Shot promises "home-style" cooking with a French-Italian twist, using ingredients mainly sourced from local suppliers, with head chef Head Chef Fabrice Meier of Trinity, The Wild Game Company and One-O-One Knightsbridge at the helm.
Meals at the 40 seater bisro include full breakfast, including smoothies and juices created in conjunction with Beyond Health physiotherapy clinic, plus lunch and dinner, with brunch menu and Sunday roasts at weekends.
There will also be a bar menu which is described as an "evolution" of Shot Espresso's aperitivo concept, with small sharing plates such as charcuterie, fritto misto and oysters.
The wine list has been created in partnership with Fulham wine shop Vagabond and the restaurant will also serve classic cocktails and aperitifs.
