The hour long Pilates class, between 9am and 10am is suitable for people will all levels of experience.
The tour this month will focus on The Devonshire Hunting tapestries, some of the most expensive wall hangings in 15th century England.
The scenes vividly depict different hunts in stunning detail amongst forests and waterways teeming with wildlife. Curiously, the tapestries also feature elegant men and women dressed in sumptuous fabrics of the highest fashion participating in the hunt. Who were they?
Nikke Ariff will describe how this skillful art of weaving threads into a spectacular visual banquet, depicted the hunt as an important source of fresh food for the community.
Finally, you can enjoy a freshly brewed hot drink before exploring the rest of the museum's world-renowned collections.
