Fundraising fun at The Wheatsheaf on Thursday
The Wheatsheaf Pub at 582 Fulham Road is hosting a Pub Quiz Fundraiser on Thursday March 22 in aid of two great causes - the Octavia Appeal for the Friends of Royal Brompton Hospital and Ray's Playhouse in Sands End.
The quiz kicks off at 8pm.
Ray’s Playhouse is a newly formed charity that was set up following a high-profile parents' campaign to save the much-loved Sands End Playhouse, which had been operating for over thirty years in Fulham.
The Playhouse is a situated in a purpose-built building located in the heart of Sands End by William Parnell Park, and provides a much-needed, stimulating environment for local parents and carers to take their children for stay and play sessions and other child-centred activities.
