Studios flats available for £182,700
Hammersmith and Fulham's first time buyers are invited to an open day at Octavia House in Imperial Wharf on Saturday August 14 from 10am till 6pm.
This event, organised by wharf developer St George and H & F Homebuy, aims to show potential buyers the new studio flats designed specifically for first timers.
Local buyers who live or work in the borough and have a household income of less than £60,000 can take advantage of a special deal allowing them to buy a 70% share of the property, so rather than pay the full market price of £261,000 they can buy their own home for £182,700.
Octavia House is opposite Imperial Wharf Overground Station on Townmead Road.
