Music and puppet workshops for kids and paper cutting for adults

Mini Mozarts - music sessions
Fun, interactive music workshops for two to five year olds and their carers.
An experienced workshop leader, who is also a professional musician, take the children on a music–making journey which includes singing, playing percussion instruments and exploring rhythm and sound.
£10 per child. Two one-hour sessions at 10am and 11am. Each session will begin promptly on the hour. Booking is available from one week before the event or just come along and pay on the door.
Our insect puppets workshop is for 7-12 year olds and led by a professional puppet-maker. With instruction from the workshop leader, who creates puppets and animation for music and fashion videos, you will hand make your own puppet inspired by the insects found in our gardens.
£15 per person, booking essential, for 7-12 year olds. To book please telephone 020 7751 2432. Bursary places are available for children who receive free school meals or from families receiving income support.
Wed 31 Oct 2pm - 3.30pmCome along and make some last minute additions to your Hallowe’en costume, such as a bat or spider inspired by the bugs and animals living in our garden or make a scary insect mask.
Drop in to the Jessie Mylne Education Centre anytime from 2-3.30pm. £2 per child, no booking required, suitable for 5-12 year olds. Please note - children must be accompanied by an adult throughout.

Paper Cutting - 'Inspired by Nature'
Learn the art of paper cutting in this two hour workshop for adults led by artist Claire Brewster. In line with Claire's work which is inspired by the natural environment, you will use Fulham Palace gardens as your inspiration for your own paper cut, which can be taken home and mounted.
£15 per person, booking essential.
