Chelsea and Westminster Hospital is inviting the local community to this year’s Great Big Festive Fayre on Wednesday, 11 December, to enjoy a day of Christmas cheer, community spirit and seasonal shopping.
The fayre promises an array of stalls packed with holiday goodies, with opportunities to support local small businesses.
Visitors will also be offered an insight into the work happening across the hospital’s services, and a chance to learn more about how the trust’s charity CW+ makes a difference for both staff and patients.
The fayre is part of Great Big Thank You Week, when the trust celebrates the contributions made by its dedicated staff and volunteers.
This includes The Great Big Cheer Awards, highlighting staff and volunteers who have brought positivity to their work and embodies the hospital’s values.Outstanding nominees will be honoured at the event.
The Great Big Festive Fayre will be open on Wednesday from 10am till 4pm and everyone is welcome.
On Monday 9 December at 7pm you can celebrate the festive season with Maggie’s West London at its annual Carols by Candlelight. An evening filled with Christmas carols, spirit of community, and festive cheer – all while raising vital funds to support those affected by cancer.
In the beautiful setting of All Saints Church, a selection of classic carols will be performed by the iconic Fulham Belles - with guest readings from Clare Balding and Janet Ellis.
Tickets cost £25 for adults, £5 for children or £50 for a family of four.
