Autumn Talks at All Saints Fulham

Topics range from Big Society to life of Caravaggio

A distinguished group of theologians, writers and broadcasters will lead the discussions.

On November 3, author and broadcaster, Professor Tina Beattie of Roehampton University will talk about Engagine with Atheists.

On November 10, Dr Jane Williams, teacher and wife of the Archbishop of Canterbury will talk about the behind-the-scenes discussions that go on when selecting the Theology Book of the Year.

On November 17, Revd Andrew Walker, founder and former Director of the London Centre for Spirituality will speak about spirituality and prayer in a talk entitled Discipline, Artistry and a Little Foolishness.

On November 24, the Rt. Rev Paul Williams, Bishop of Kensington will address the question Can Big Society Make a Better Society?

On Dec 1, Andrew Graham-Dixon, leading art critic, author and presenter will give an illustrated talk on his latest book: Caravaggio: A Life Sacred and Profane.

All talks wil be open to the public and will take place in the All Saints Middle Room, 70A Fulham High Street, beginning at 8:00 pm.

There is no charge to attend, although a retiring collection will be taken to cover expenses.
