Bets roll in on Kate Middleton's wedding gown
Fulham based designer Phillipa Lepley is tipped as a hot favourite to create the royal wedding dress for Prince William's bride Kate Middleton.
Bookmaker William Hill says Phillipa has the edge on her rivals Daniella Helayel and Elizabeth Emanuel.
As the wedding day of April 29 draws nearer, speculation is growing about all aspects of the Westminster Abbey wedding - especially the dress.
Phillipa studied at London College of Fashion in 1988, before opening her shop on Fulham Broadway two years later.
Two years ago, the shop moved further up Fulham Road to Chelsea but Philipa still works from a studio in Epirus Road in Fulham.
Her couture wedding dresses, which use " the most luxurious fabrics and exquisite embellishment" have proved popular with celebrities, including TV presenter Davina McCall.
Right now, brides to be can snap up bargains in the Phillipa's Winter Sample Sale, taking place at her shop at 48 Fulham Road, SW3, until January 22.
The royal bride is expected to reveal her choice of designer in the next few weeks.
