Local people should avoid the area east of Fulham Broadway
Fulham Road is closed to traffic and filled with hundreds of chanting fans, who are being controlled by mounted police and police with dogs. The police helicopter is hovering above.
Local motorists and pedestrians are advised to steer clear of the area to the east of Fulham Broadway.
