Police say Rahmeth Khan, 68 is safe and thank public for help
Hammersmith and Fulham Police who were urgently appealing for help finding an extremely vulnerable elderly woman from Fulham say she has been found.
They say on their Twitter account @MPSHammFul that Rahmeth Khan, who is 68 yrs old and suffers from dementia, is safe and are thanking the public for help in finding her.
