Police appeal for help finding vulnerable woman

Police are appealing for assistance in tracing a vulnerable woman who has been missing from Fulham since Thursday 29 April.

Agnes Jalloh-Malano, 27, who is suffering from ill-health, was last seen at her home address. She is married with two young children.

Enquiries have suggested that she may have gone to the Clapham area shortly after she went missing.

Agnes is described as black, approximately 5 foot 5 inches tall with long black hair worn in plaited cornrows. It is believed she was wearing a black t-shirt with white horizontal stripes and blue jeans. She was also carrying a light coloured handbag when she went missing.
