Two youths have been arrested after a 15-year-old boy was stabbed repeatedly in a street near Chelsea Harbour.
The attack took place shortly before 6.50pm on Wednesday 5 May at Harbour Avenue, SW10.
Unconfirmed reports say that the assailants returned to the scene even after the arrival of the police to continue the assault on the victim.
A helicopter from the London Air Ambulance service attended and the boy was taken to hospital in a critical condition. Subsequently his condition has been deemed to be non-life threatening.
Police requested and were granted a Section 60 order for the area following the attack to temporarily obtain enhanced stop and search powers.
Anyone with information that could assist police is asked to call 101 or tweet @MetCC and quote CAD 6025/5May.
