Appeal for Witnesses to Assault at Stamford Bridge


Man suffered head injury near Britannia Gate on 26 November

 

Hammersmith and  Fulham Police are appealing for information and witnesses after a man was assaulted before the Chelsea versus Tottenham match on Saturday, 26 November.

They say at around 5.15pm, the victim, who is in his thirties was punched on the side of the head near the Britannia Gate entrance to Stamford Bridge.

The man fell to the ground, and was taken to hospital for treatment to a head injury. He has since been discharged.

As yet, there has been no arrest and officers from Hammersmith and Fulham are investigating the attack.
