Fulham Thug Beat Pregnant Ex-Partner

Teenager admits assaulting mother of his unborn baby

18 year-old Louis Tuvey from Fulham attacked the mother of his unborn child by punching her in the stomach, arms and legs and then putting his hands around her throat.

Tuvey admitted the assault, in Bothwell Street, Hammersmith, on July 21, when he appeared at West London Magistrates' Court.

District Judge Susan Williams told him it was a "very serious" offence. She added: " Things are well out of control. A pregnant woman should be respected. You are at risk of going to prison."

In answer to the judge's question, the prosecution said that the baby was not thought to have been harmed in the incident.

However a report which will include more information about the health of the mother and baby, is now being prepared and Tuvey will return to West London Magistrates' Court on August 20 to be sentenced.

He was released on bail, on condition that he does not contact his victim or enter Bothwell Street.
