Flash Mob Fulham's Foreshore!


Join the giant clean-up this week

Environmental charity Thames21 is coordinating two Flash Mob clean-ups of Fulham's foreshore as part of the Cleaner Thames Challenge 2009.

Flash Mob Day One will take place on August 20 on the foreshore in front of at Bishop's Park, from 9.15am - 11.45am,  meeting at the east entrance of Fulham Palace Gardens (near to Putney Bridge), off Putney Bridge Approach, SW6. The clean-up will take place on the foreshore in front of Bishop's Park.

Day Two will take place on August 21 from 9.45am till 12.15pm on the foreshore from Hurlingham Wharf to Wandsworth Bridge, meeting on Broomhouse Lane, at the east corner of Hurlingham Park, SW6.

Thames21 say that hundreds of people have taken part in this event in the past, and they are aiming to make this year's the biggest and most exciting volunteer clean-up ever. Wear old clothes and wellies, and be prepared to get mucky!
