Canals at new Fulham development inspired by Amsterdam
St George Central London, the company behind riverside development Imperial Wharf, is holding a public exhibition for local residents on its new plans for the Chelsea Creek site just across the road.
The new scheme for the seven and a half acre waterfront site on Imperial Road has been designed by architects Squire & Partners who say they have taken as their inspiration, the canals of Copenhagen and Amsterdam.
From this they are proposing to extend the Chelsea Creek into the site, creating publicly accessible waterside spaces and places as well as delivering new homes and commercial space.
The exhibition includes include drawings and images of the new plans for Chelsea Creek as well as a model of the site.
It is taking place at Unit 12, The Boulevard, Imperial Wharf on Thursday March 3 from 4pm till 8pm and Saturday March 5 from 10am till 2pm with presentations by Squire & Partners at 6:45pm Thursday.
