But owner Brenhan Magee says he will reapply to H&F Council within weeks
A licensing application from Fulham's Broadway Bar and Grill bid to extend its opening hours till 3pm has been rejected by H&F Council.
Former West End club operator Brenhan Magee applied to Hammersmith and Fulham council to extend the opening hours of the Fulham Broadway bar, which is a regular haunt of the Made and Chelsea cast and plays with nearby Chelsea Football Club.
He made an application for the first-floor Library bar to stay open until 3am, or two additional hours, and the ground-floor pub also to stay open an extra hour until 2am.
The council's website still states that a decision is pending, but according to the Evening Standard, the council confirmed this week that it had "100 per cent been rejected."
The news will come a relief to local residents, including those in nearby Barclay Road, where locals said party-goers leave litter, urinate and vomit on the streets.
The council website is no longer accepting public comments on the application.
Brenhan Magee, however says is planning to reapply for the extended hours "in the next couple of weeks."
He adds: "We will be working with the council and residents to see how we can make this work."
