St John's Table Top Sale Gets Festive on Saturday

Local people invited to book tables at this weekend's mega-sale

As well as the usual outdoor sale, market manager Jenny is opening up the church to provide space for a much bigger sale with a chance for local people to pick up presents and festive goodies.

Anyone who has items they want to sell or wishes to make extra money for Christmas is invited to book a table at sales in December for just £10.

Table top sales have grown at St John's Church in North End Road to become a popular feature of life in the North Churchyard. They are open to all and run regularly (as long as it's not raining) every Wednesday, Friday and Saturday from 8.00am to 2.00pm. 

On Wednesday, the market offers antiques and some retro clothing, while on Fridays and Saturdays stall holders sell all sorts of goods from foodie treats to bags, books and bric-a-brac.
