Find someone in Fulham

I am trying to find an old friend who lives in Fulham Road and having no luck?  Any ideas would be great.  I am in Northern Ireland and have tried everything for the past 15 years to find this person with no luck. Thanks

You don't say who or when,how old etc. Put some more detail in and we may have a good starting point.

How about posting the name and some details here...Not sure how many people read this forum but it has to be a start.Are you sure they are still alive...and still living in Fulham? If so and you are sure its the Fulham Road, can you check the street directory - isnt it called Kelly's? Or the electoral roll? I dont know if individuals can do that actually.What about the last census that was published?You have checked directory enquiries of courseHave you checked the registry office?Or the local newspaper archive?
