Chelsea Victory Parade

Many people in Fulham are angry about the parade on Bank Holiday Monday and the restrictions it involved, but what do you think? Should residents have been consulted in advance?

The local community in Fulham should be proud of the achievements of the club. The local retailers don't moan that SB is visited all year round by fans that spend money in the local area. The residents should celebrate the achievement, not bemoan it. It's hardly the 70s when pubs and local shops were regularly getting smashed up. Killjoys.

I agree with Terence. The football ground was there long before any resident. You don't move near a football ground if you don't like crowds.

Seeing as Chelsea fc has been at its location longer than any local resident has been alive i think a FREE parade is a positive event that will allow local kids who cant afford entry into the Bridge to see their heroes and the trophy . You want to move near a iconic football ground then learn to love your neighborhood's institutions
