With the opening of Burlington Lane's new restaurant Reef

Reef, the latest venture by one of Chiswick's favourite restaurateurs, Lorraine Angliss, will be opening its doors on Valentine’s Day. As you’d expect from the driving force behind Annie’s and Rock & Rose, she’ll be upping the glamour stakes on traditional fish and chips, with divine décor and her signature cosy ambience.

The team at Reef comes with a to-die-for pedigree – General Manager, Johnny Q, has been welcoming the Royals at Maggie Jones for years; Head Chef, Drew Farmer, is a former executive chef of the Planet Hollywood group worldwide; and partner Alan Fisher established Fisher’s, the legendary Fulham boutique fish and chip restaurant.

Lorraine told ChiswickW4.com "Casual dining will be the name of the game, without ever sacrificing style. If it’s a generous portion of beautifully-cooked fish and chips that you fancy, then Reef’s going to be your destination of choice. Or you can indulge in oysters and champagne surrounded by candelabras, red chandeliers and elegant tropical fish wallpaper by Nina Campbell. For those who are tempted by meatier delights, Reef will offer organic pies and a gloriously retro Chicken In A Basket."
