Fish Hook reopens under new chef/proprietor
Fish fans far and wide will be delighted with the news that Fish Hook has reopened under salubrious new management.
Chef / Proprietor Michael Nadra (pictured left), whose cv reads like a Michelin guide, has taken over the reins at this ever popular Chiswick restaurant.
The premises have been given a fresh coat of paint and a new name, albeit a slight difference, it nevertheless signals a departure from the South African focus. The menu remains primarily fish based, but now includes a steak and a lamb dish.
Michael Nadra, whose name would be familiar to those who have dined at Frith Street, Chez Bruce, Putney Bridge and La Trompette, opened his new venture this week without fanfare.
"I want to make sure everyone leaves the restaurant happy which is why I am only taking a few bookings at the moment," he said.
