Woman Accused of Filming Boyfriend's Dying Moments

Court told Fatima Khan posted video of North Acton killing on Snapchat

The trial of a woman at the Old Bailey for the murder of Khalid Safi in North Acton last year has heard that she made a video of his dying moments.

20-year-old Fatima Khan is being accused of inciting another of her boyfriends to stab the 18-year-old Afghan asylum seeker and then posting a film she made of the attack onto Snapchat. The court was told that she used the caption, "This is what happens when you f--- with me" with the video.

Raza Khan, aged 19, is alleged to have stabbed him multiple times in the chest on 1 December last year. The two teenagers were rivals for Ms Khan’s affections and had previously come to blows over her.

She had arranged to meet Khalid at around 6.30pm at the Costa Coffee shop near the Holiday Inn on Victoria Road. She worked at Vigilant Security who are based nearby. They were waiting together outside when Raza Khan arrived in a taxi. When he got out he was seen on CCTV to be holding a large knife. Khalid had a screwdriver in his possession and a fight ensued which ended with him being taken to hospital but he died shortly after from what the post mortem revealed to be a stab wound to the heart.

Raza Khan is still on the run

Although Raza Khan was injured he left the scene and has eluded capture. Detectives believe Khan is likely to still be in the UK. He is known to have links to some London areas, including Acton, Wembley, Ilford, Friern Barnet and Tottenham and also to Dover, in Kent.

Ms Khan, from Ilford, has denied murder and conspiracy to cause grievous bodily harm.
